Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges
Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't exchange goods that are:
- Custom or personalised orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note the following:
- The measurements are approximate and the items are for ornamental use ONLY.
- The items are made from metal, and although they are sanded and polished before painted, the surface of the item can/may be sharp.
- The Buyer is responsible for securely hanging the item.
- The Seller is not responsible for any misuse with the item and the Seller disclaims any liability with the misuse of items.
If an item is damaged during transit, please notify us immediately and provide photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and product so that we can process an insurance claim with the carrier.
